This morning, the Carbine crew (specifically Pappy, DD, and Bardic) streamed some of the new PTR\/Drop 6 content, and answered some questions.<\/p>\n

Apart from only playing Dominion characters (BOO!) it was a pretty good stream. \u00a0Pappy showed off the new character creation (just the ‘new to WildStar’ level, so, not the brand new ‘New to MMOs’ level stuff). \u00a0Bardic showed off some of the store features (and let us know that the fortune coins are the best selling item on the PTR so far). \u00a0We found out that poor Pappy has been unable to get one of Madame Fay’s Spider Mounts so far.<\/p>\n

Of course, the Q&A is the most important part.. and here’s what I scribbled down for notes from this section (may not be verbatim).<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0When will WildStar’s history advance?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Vault of the Archon is being worked on – no ETA.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Is a new raid coming?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Pappy said yes, with Marauders..but didn’t give the name.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Mouse look?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Already on the PTR!<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Pets participate in PvE?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Nope, pets are cosmetic.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Are existing PTR characters eligible, or does something special need to be done?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0If it’s still there, you can use it. \u00a0PTR will be wiped, so don’t get attached.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Beta wipes?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Yes, at least one.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Will pets be buyable?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Yup, lots and lots of pets.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0What happens with stuff ‘bought’ during Beta?<\/p>\n

A: Only exists on Beta, will not be carried back to live.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Does spending Omnibits earn loyalty points?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0No<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0How are Omnibits earned?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Normal playing, login rewards, or Madame Fay.<\/p>\n

Q: \u00a0Can we have Drusera merchandise?<\/p>\n

A: \u00a0Pappy says yes, and will start working on it.<\/p>\n
